Month One

Day One:

Begin by taking one package of Pre-Vale and drink your choice of one of the following: Original Liquid Formula, Triple Strength Formula, Herbal Tea or Vale's Solution. If you choose Vale's Solution, add one package of Vale's Fiber Boost.

Days Two-Thirty:

Suggested Use: Take one capsule of the following products three times a day or as desired. Vale's Artichoke, Fosidophilus, Flax Boost, System Fresh and Vale's Perma-Clean.

Month Two
